Friday May 20 Session, Restorative Training and Retreat - Online Attendance

Be expertly guided to progressively relax and balance the nervous system during a 2 hour sequence of long-held restorative yoga poses. Restorative Yoga is a practice of “being” rather than “doing.”
In this workshop, your body will be fully propped in order to release all physical effort, supporting a deeply relaxed mental state where you can access your essence - what yogis call the true Self.
Enjoy an inner journey and mini-vacation from the outside world. Simple meditation, quietude, comfort and deep rest characterize this experience.
