Restorative Yoga for Anxiety and Depression Release
Tuesdays, 6pm - 7:30pm beginning April 22, 2025

(Near Winnemucca and Barton where Tahoe Keys Blvd meets Lake Tahoe Blvd, in the back of the Tahoe Keys Center building)
All are welcome! No experience necessary!
This is a relaxation-based therapeutic yoga class for mental health, self-regulation and trauma recovery.
Students can expect an introduction and check-in, brief gentle movement and longer-held restorative poses that lead to a meditative atmosphere. This is a quiet, calming experience and not a physical workout.
Please dress warmly, in layers, including socks, long pants and long sleeves to ensure a neutral body temperature during class.
Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket and an eye mask if you have them.

Sorry, no animals are allowed in the facility with the exception of service animals.

Class Rates and Equity Pricing
New students (never practiced with Brooke or who have not practiced with Brooke for over one year): your first class is $25.
Thereafter, the class fee is $17.50. We would like to welcome anyone who would like to participate and pay what you can afford. If these prices are prohibitive, please contact Brooke.
A 6-consecutive-class pass is $15/class to encourage ongoing participation. Sorry, no exceptions for absences. Thanks for understanding!
